The Church of God by Faith was founded in 1914 in Jacksonville, Florida. Today, there are more than 188 churches in the US and international churches have been established in Talcahuano, Chile and Monrovia, Liberia.



The U.S. Church of God by Faith national office is located at 2409 Old Middleburg Road North, Jacksonville, Florida 32210. It houses the denomination’s executive and administrative offices, service divisions and departments, and bookstore.
